Blair Prepares for MACS Race with Win at Eriez

Andy Boozel used his pole starting position to beat Chris Hackett out of turn two to lead the Roberts Trucking Super Late Model feature.  Chad Valone used to inside route to run next to Hackett for the next few laps but Hackett maintained the runner-up spot.  Robbie Blair got by Valone at lap nine and by Hackett a lap later. At eleven laps, Blair was challenging for the lead as caution came over the speedway.  One lap after green Blair took over at the point as yellow again flew as Valone’s run ended with a spin in turn four.   Blair was unbeatable through the remainder of the event, winning by a wide margin over Hackett, who had got back by Boozel on a restart.  After a lap 23 restart both Doug Eck and Dave Hess Jr got by Boozel for third and fourth.  Boozel wound up fifth.
