Titusville, PA is home to Rob Blair, his wife Lori, and their children Max, age 19, and Niki, age 17. Rob started his racing career at the age of 14 and over the years, his commitment to racing and driving ability have won him numerous racing titles and awards. Since 1996, his rookie season in the late model division, Rob has won over 100 races, including 2 Renegade DirtCar Series events, 11 Mid-Atlantic Championship Series events, 8 Independent Racing Series events, 4 United Late Model Series events, 2 UFO events, and 4 O'Reilly AllStar events. Rob has also accumulated 5 track championships to add to his resume since his rookie year in a dirt late model.

Rob has had what many would consider a memorable career driving his nationally recognized WON11 dirt late model. In 1996, his rookie year, he collected an incredible 11 feature wins. It didn't take long for Rob to start collecting championships in the dirt late model ranks, as he would claim both the Raceway 7 and the Tri-City Speedway top honors in 1997, in only his sophomore year in a dirt late model.

In 2002, the Rob decided it was time ot take the WON11 on the road. During his first full-time effort following a series, Rob would earn an impressive 4th place finish in the Renegade Dirtcar Racing Series final point standings. Rob would follow the Rengade Dirtcar series for the 2nd straight year in 2003. Rob captured his first Renegade series win, as well as the series Wrisco Industries/Hoosier Tire-Ohio Valley "Dash King" Championship. The team bested the previous year's effort by one position, finishing 3rd in the final point standings.

In 2004, Rob won his first touring series championship with the the MACS (Mid-Atlantic Championship Series). The WON11 team collected 5 feature wins with the MACS series, including Fall Fest X. In addition to the 2004 MACS championship, Rob also claimed the Malcuit Racing Engines "Dash King" points as well as the Sue Stevenson Photography "Challenge the Clock" title. Rob’s totals for the 2004 racing season included 11 feature wins, 32 top fives and 49 top tens in 65 main events.

From 2005 to 2007, Rob would find victory lane 15 more times. In addition to the feature wins, Blair also claimed the runner up position in the 2005 MACS points standings, 3 consecutive Cavalcade Dirt Late Model championships (2005, 2006, 2007), as well as his 4th Raceway 7 Late Model Championship (2006).

During the 2008 racing season, the WON11 team collected their 2nd touring series championship. Rob and company dedicated their 2008 season to the Independent Racing Series (IRS). During his championship run, Rob collected 5 series vicitories to bring his total IRS wins to 8.

Rob and company focused their 2009 racing season on the newly formed O'Reilly All Star Dirt Late Model Series (ASLMS). A move that would prove to be a "championship" decision. After trailing Boom Briggs in the point standings all season, Blair would take the lead in the final ASLMS sanctioned event of the year, capturing the inagural series championship.

A decision on the WON11 team's 2010 racing season will be made when track and series schedules are released.

Rob’s present dirt late model program is located in Titusville, PA. The race program includes 2 Chevrolet Rocket Chassis Pontiac GTO's, 2 Draime racing engines, 2 Custum racing engines, a complete race shop and a team hauler consisting of a Kenworth motor home and a 2 car transporter with a complete work area. The crew consists of part-time employees, totally dedicated to Rob on race days as well as practice and test sessions.
